Description

Transcriptional activator; DNA-binding protein that specifically recognize the sequence 5'-YAAC[GT]G-3'. Plays an important role in the control of proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells.

Application Notes

Titration of the MYB antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

This MYB antibody was produced from a mouse immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-185 amino acids from the Central region of human MYB.

Storage

Aliquot the MYB antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
