MOBP may play a role in compacting or stabilizing the myelin sheath, possibly by binding the negatively charged acidic phospholipids of the cytoplasmic membrane (By similarity).
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the MOBP antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 1-30 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the MOBP antibody.
Aliquot the MOBP antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
