Mesoderm posterior 1 homolog is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MESP1 gene. It is mapped to 15q26.1. MESP1 is a transcription factor that regulates cardiovascular progenitor specification. The MESP1 gene encodes a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) family of transcriptional regulatory proteins that may play a role in the development of nascent mesoderm.
Optimal dilution of the MESP1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-K268) was used as the immunogen for the MESP1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the MESP1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
