Description

Activates an alternative mTOR signaling through RPS6KB2 activation and EIF4EBP1 repression to regulate cell proliferation and migration. Recruits MTOR at the lysosome, essential for MTOR signaling at the lysosome. [UniProt]

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the MEAK7 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 426-456 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the MEAK7 antibody .
