MYC Associated Factor X Antibody Human Jurkat WB. Western blot analysis was performed using MAX Antibody on human Jurkat cell lysate. A prominent immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 21–22 kDa, with MAX also reported to migrate as a lower molecular weight form at approximately 16–17 kDa depending on isoform expression and post-translational processing. The observed signal is consistent with the expected migration pattern of MYC Associated Factor X (MAX). Unlike MYC proteins, which require a partner for stable DNA binding, MAX forms both activating and repressive transcriptional complexes, making it a central regulator of gene expression.
