Description

Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LRP1B gene. This gene encodes a member of the low density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor family. These receptors play a wide variety of roles in normal cell function and development due to their interactions with multiple ligands. Disruption of this gene has been reported in several types of cancer.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the LRP1B antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E. coli-derived human protein (amino acids D3704-K4547) was used as the immunogen for the LRP1B antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the LRP1B antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
