LIM domain only protein 7 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LMO7 gene. This gene encodes a protein containing a calponin homology (CH) domain, a PDZ domain, and a LIM domain, and may be involved in protein-protein interactions. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene, however, the full-length nature of some variants is not known.
Optimal dilution of the LMO7 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids R165-R1560) was used as the immunogen for the LMO7 antibody.
After reconstitution, the LMO7 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
