LAMP3 / CD208 is a member of a family of membrane glycoproteins. It may change lysosome function after the transfer of peptide-MHC class II molecules to the surface of dendritic cells.
Titration of the LAMP3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 8-38 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this LAMP3 antibody.
Aliquot the LAMP3 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
