IRAK1 antibody targets Interleukin 1 receptor associated kinase 1, encoded by the IRAK1 gene. IRAK1 is a cytoplasmic serine-threonine kinase that plays a central role in innate immune signaling downstream of Toll-like receptors and the interleukin 1 receptor. An amino acid sequence from the N-terminus of human IRAK (FLYEVPPWVMCRFYKVMDAL) was used as the immunogen for this IRAK1 antibody (100% homologous in human, mouse and rat).
After reconstitution, the IRAK1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
