HuProt protein microarray analysis of IL6ST Antibody (clone IL6ST/4101) against more than 19,000 full-length human proteins identifies IL6ST as the dominant target, with a Z-score of 109.1 and S-score of 99.7. The Z-score represents signal strength in standard deviations above the array mean, while the S-score measures separation from the next-ranked protein. The exceptionally large separation visible in the plot provides strong evidence of preferential recognition of IL6ST under the tested microarray conditions. IL6ST is the signal-transducing component also known as interleukin 6 receptor beta.

IL6ST Antibody Staining in Human Adrenal Gland IHC. Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE human adrenal gland tissue with IL6ST Antibody (clone IL6ST/4101) shows prominent brown staining in numerous cells, with heterogeneous signal intensity across the field. Staining is predominantly cytoplasmic and membranous, while surrounding structures show comparatively less signal. HIER was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 9 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA for 20 min followed by cooling before testing. The staining pattern demonstrates detection of IL6ST, also known as interleukin 6 receptor beta, in human adrenal gland tissue.
