IL-15 Antibody Detection in Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells FACS. Flow cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear (PBM) cells using IL-15 Antibody shows a clear rightward shift of the antibody-stained population (blue) relative to the isotype control (green), while unstained cells are shown in red. Cells were tested with 1 ug antibody per million cells following blocking with goat serum. The distinct fluorescence shift demonstrates detection of IL-15 in human PBM cells using this Interleukin 15 Polyclonal Antibody.

IL-15 Antibody Staining in Human B-Lymphocyte Tumor IHC. Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE human B-lymphocyte tumor tissue using IL-15 Antibody shows widespread heterogeneous brown staining throughout the tumor, with prominent cytoplasmic and membranous-appearing signal among many cells. HIER was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 8 EDTA for 20 min followed by cooling before testing. The staining demonstrates detection of IL-15 using this Interleukin 15 Polyclonal Antibody in human B-lymphocyte tumor tissue.

IL-15 Antibody Staining in Rat Spleen IHC. Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE rat spleen using IL-15 Antibody shows heterogeneous brown staining concentrated in subsets of cells within the splenic tissue, contrasting with surrounding areas showing comparatively little signal. HIER was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 8 EDTA for 20 min followed by cooling before testing. This rat tissue result demonstrates cross-species detection of IL-15 using the Interleukin 15 Polyclonal Antibody and complements its human validation data.
