The Z-score represents signal strength in standard deviations above the mean signal across the array, while the S-score represents the difference between successive ranked Z-scores and reflects relative target specificity. This Protein Microarray Validated result supports selective recognition of IGFBP3 by clone IGFBP3/3423.

IBP-3 Antibody Staining in Human Placenta IHC. Immunohistochemistry of FFPE human placenta tissue using IBP-3 Antibody clone IGFBP3/3423 demonstrates brown staining within placental cells, with predominantly cytoplasmic reactivity and comparatively limited background staining. Purified IGFBP3/3423 Monoclonal Antibody SDS-PAGE. SDS-PAGE analysis of 2 ug purified, BSA-free Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3 Antibody clone IGFBP3/3423 under non-reducing (NR) and reducing (R) conditions. The non-reduced antibody migrates predominantly near 150 kDa, consistent with intact mouse IgG, while reduction produces bands near 50 kDa and 25 kDa corresponding to the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains, respectively. The profile supports the integrity of the purified monoclonal antibody preparation.
