IL2 Antibody Detects IL-2 in JK Cells FACS. Flow cytometry analysis of fixed human JK cells using IL2 Antibody at 1 ug/million cells demonstrates a pronounced rightward fluorescence shift in the antibody-stained population (blue) relative to the rabbit IgG isotype control (green) and unlabeled cells (red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% normal goat serum before staining. The strong population separation demonstrates cellular detection of interleukin 2 by this Interleukin 2 Antibody.

IL2 Antibody Detects Recombinant Human and Endogenous Rat IL-2 WB. Western blot analysis using IL2 Antibody at 0.5 ug/ml detects IL-2 in lane 1, recombinant human IL-2 (10 ng), and lane 2, rat spleen tissue lysate. A strong band is observed at approximately 15 kDa in the recombinant protein lane, while the rat spleen lysate shows a weaker band at approximately 18 kDa, consistent with the expected molecular weight reported for IL-2. Detection in both samples demonstrates recognition of human and rat IL-2 by this Interleukin 2 Antibody.

Flow cytometry analysis of fixed human MOLT-4 T lymphoblast cells using IL2 Antibody at 1 ug/million cells demonstrates a clear rightward fluorescence shift in the antibody-stained population (blue) relative to the rabbit IgG isotype control (green) and unlabeled cells (red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% normal goat serum before staining. The distinct population shift demonstrates cellular detection of interleukin 2 by this Interleukin 2 Antibody in a T-cell leukemia-derived cell line.
