Description

IL10 inhibits the synthesis of a number of cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF and GM-CSF produced by activated macrophages and by helper T-cells. [UniProt]

Application Notes

Titration of the IL10 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 27-53 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this IL10 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the IL10 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
