Ikbke Antibody recognizes Ikbke, also known as IKK epsilon or IKK-i, a non-canonical serine/threonine protein kinase that functions as a central regulator of innate immune signaling and antiviral defense. Ikbke is activated downstream of pattern recognition receptors, including Toll-like receptors, RIG-I-like receptors, and the cGAS-STING pathway, where it phosphorylates transcription factors such as IRF3 and IRF7 to promote expression of type I interferons and other inflammatory mediators. Through these activities, Ikbke Antibody is widely used to investigate host defense mechanisms, inflammatory signaling, and immune regulation in mouse models.

In addition to its role in innate immunity, Ikbke regulates cell proliferation, survival, autophagy, and metabolic signaling through interactions with pathways including NF-kappaB, AKT, and STAT.
