IKAROS Antibody recognizes IKZF1 (Ikaros), a zinc finger DNA-binding transcription factor that serves as a master regulator of hematopoietic and lymphoid development. Ikaros belongs to the Ikaros family of transcription factors and controls gene expression programs required for the differentiation, maturation, and function of multiple immune cell lineages.
