Part of the innate immune response to infection is the production of type I IFNs (interferons). The murine Ifi200 family of proteins are activated by IFNs. IFI204 (Interferon-activable protein 204), or p204, is a regulator of bone production and the differentiation of macrophages and skeletal and cardiac muscle cells.
Provided assay concentrations are suggestions only, antibody titration may be required for optimal results.
A recombinant protein fragment from the N-terminal region of mouse IFI204 was used as the immunogen for this antibody.
Aliquot and store frozen at -20oC or colder to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
