The ERM protein family members ezrin, radixin, and moesin are cytoskeletal effector proteins linking actin to membrane-bound proteins at the cell surface. Myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein (MYLIP), also called Inducible degrader of the LDL-receptor (IDOL), is a novel ERM-like protein that interacts with myosin regulatory light chain and inhibits neurite outgrowth.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the IDOL antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 111-139 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the IDOL antibody.
Aliquot the IDOL antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
