Description

This gene encodes a putative hydroxypyruvate isomerase, which likely catalyzes the conversion of hydroxypyruvate to 2-hydroxy-3-oxopropanoate, and may be involved in carbohydrate transport and metabolism. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the HYI antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

A human recombinant partial protein (amino acids E46-Q277) was used as the immunogen for the HYI antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the HYI antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
