HuR antibody western blot analysis in Jurkat lysate
HuR Antibody NCI-H460 Cell IF. Confocal immunofluorescent staining of NCI-H460 cells using HuR Antibody. Cells were incubated with HuR Antibody followed by an Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody to visualize HuR (green), while nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Prominent nuclear staining with abundant punctate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity is observed, consistent with the characteristic nucleocytoplasmic distribution of HuR (ELAVL1) and its role in regulating messenger RNA stability. These results demonstrate that HuR Antibody, a Human Antigen R Antibody, specifically detects endogenous HuR in cultured human lung cancer cells.

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the HuR/ELAVL protein family. This encoded protein contains 3 RNA-binding domains and binds cis-acting AU-rich elements. It destabilizes mRNAs and thereby regulates gene expression.
