Human IL-10 Antibody Detects Recombinant Human IL-10 WB. Western blot analysis of recombinant human IL-10 using Human IL-10 Antibody at 0.5 ug/ml shows a discrete band at approximately 17-18 kDa. Recombinant protein was loaded at 10 ng and 5 ng, with detectable signal at both amounts and greater intensity in the 10 ng lane. The observed molecular weight is consistent with mature human IL-10 following removal of its signal peptide. This Human Interleukin 10 Antibody demonstrates concentration-dependent detection of recombinant human IL-10.
