IGHG1 Antibody Human Plasma WB. Western blot analysis was performed using IGHG1 Antibody on human plasma lysate. A strong immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 50 kDa, consistent with the expected molecular weight of the human IgG heavy chain. The blot exhibits a clean, specific signal with minimal background, supporting reliable detection of endogenous human IgG in plasma samples. These results demonstrate that this Human IgG Antibody is suitable for Western blot detection of IGHG1 in human plasma.
IGHG1 Antibody Human Spleen IHC. Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human spleen tissue using IGHG1 Antibody. Strong cytoplasmic staining is observed in scattered plasma cells within the splenic tissue, while the surrounding lymphoid cell population exhibits minimal background staining. This staining pattern is consistent with the expected expression of human IgG1 in antibody-producing plasma cells. These results demonstrate that this Human IgG Antibody is suitable for immunohistochemical detection of IGHG1 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues.
IGHG1 Antibody Human Colon IHC. Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human colon tissue using IGHG1 Antibody at a 1:100 dilution. Scattered cytoplasmic staining is observed in plasma cells within the colonic lamina propria, while the epithelial cells of the colonic crypts remain largely unstained. This staining pattern is consistent with the expected localization of human IgG1-producing plasma cells in normal colonic mucosa. These results demonstrate that this Human IgG Antibody is suitable for immunohistochemical detection of IGHG1 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues.
IGHG1 Antibody Mouse Skin IHC. Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded mouse skin tissue using IGHG1 Antibody at a 1:100 dilution. Scattered cytoplasmic staining is observed in immune cells within the dermis, while the epidermis and surrounding skin structures exhibit minimal background staining. This staining pattern is consistent with the expected localization of IgG1-positive immune cells in normal skin. These results demonstrate that this Human IgG Antibody is suitable for immunohistochemical detection of IGHG1 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.

Description

IGHG1 Antibody recognizes the immunoglobulin heavy constant gamma 1 chain encoded by the IGHG1 gene, a principal component of human immunoglobulin G1 antibodies. IgG1 is the most abundant IgG subclass in human serum and plays a critical role in adaptive immunity by recognizing antigens, neutralizing pathogens, activating complement, and engaging Fc gamma receptors on immune cells. As a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone ABHF-9), this IGHG1 Antibody provides highly specific detection of human IgG for immunological and biomedical research. NSJ Bioreagents supplies this antibody to support reliable analysis of human immunoglobulin G expression in tissue and cell-based assays.

Human IgG1 is produced by differentiated plasma cells following antigen exposure and class-switch recombination. It is the predominant antibody subclass generated against protein antigens and contributes to long-term humoral immunity through high-affinity antigen binding and immune effector functions. Because IgG1 mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, complement activation, and opsonization, it is widely investigated in studies of infection, vaccination, autoimmune disease, and therapeutic antibody development. IGHG1 Antibody enables sensitive detection of human IgG1-positive plasma cells and immunoglobulin-producing tissues in a variety of experimental systems.

Detection of IGHG1 is also valuable in hematopathology and cancer research. Plasma cell neoplasms, certain B-cell lymphomas, chronic inflammatory diseases, and immune-mediated disorders may exhibit altered IgG1 expression or plasma cell infiltration. Researchers frequently use IGHG1 Antibody together with markers such as CD138, CD38, CD20, PAX5, MUM1, and kappa or lambda light chains to characterize B-cell maturation and plasma cell differentiation. The recombinant rabbit monoclonal format of clone ABHF-9 provides excellent batch-to-batch consistency and high specificity for reproducible research results.

IGHG1 Antibody is a dependable reagent for investigating human humoral immunity, plasma cell biology, antibody production, and immune-mediated disease. Whether studying normal immune responses, plasma cell differentiation, lymphoid malignancies, or therapeutic antibodies, this recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody enables reliable detection of human IgG1 across diverse research applications.
