Heat shock 70 kDa protein 4L is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HSPA4L gene. The protein encoded by this gene is heat shock inducible and may act as a chaperone. The encoded protein can protect the heat-shocked cell against the harmful effects of aggregated proteins. This gene is highly expressed in leukemia cells and may be a good target for therapeutic intervention. Several transcripts encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Optimal dilution of the HSPA4L antibody should be determined by the researcher.
An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids Q55-K788) was used as the immunogen for the HSPA4L antibody.
After reconstitution, the HSPA4L Antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
