Hsp90 beta Antibody MCF-7 Cell IF. Immunofluorescence analysis of FFPE human MCF-7 cells using Hsp90 beta Antibody. Heat induced antigen retrieval was performed by steaming sections in pH 6 citrate buffer for 20 minutes prior to staining. Hsp90 beta is detected in green, with DAPI (blue) used as a nuclear counterstain. Strong diffuse cytoplasmic staining is observed throughout the cells, consistent with the constitutive cytosolic localization of HSP90AB1 as an ATP-dependent molecular chaperone involved in protein folding and protein homeostasis. These results support the use of Hsp90 beta Antibody / Heat Shock Protein 90 Beta Antibody for studying HSP90AB1 expression, molecular chaperone function and cellular stress responses.
Hsp90 beta Antibody Human, Mouse and Rat Tissue WB. Western blot analysis using Hsp90 beta Antibody. Lane 1: human HeLa; Lane 2: human Jurkat; Lane 3: human Raji; Lane 4: human A431; Lane 5: rat brain; Lane 6: rat heart; Lane 7: mouse brain; Lane 8: mouse heart lysate. A specific band is detected at approximately 84-90 kDa in all samples, consistent with the expected molecular weight of HSP90AB1. The broad expression profile across human, rat and mouse tissues reflects the constitutive nature of this ATP-dependent molecular chaperone. Hsp90 beta Antibody Caco-2 Cell FACS. Flow cytometry analysis of fixed and permeabilized human Caco-2 cells using Hsp90 beta Antibody at 1 ug/million cells. Cells were blocked with goat serum prior to staining. Red = cells alone; Green = isotype control; Blue = Hsp90 beta Antibody. A distinct rightward shift of the antibody-stained population relative to the isotype control demonstrates specific detection of intracellular HSP90AB1. These results support the use of Hsp90 beta Antibody / Heat Shock Protein 90 Beta Antibody for flow cytometric analysis of HSP90AB1 expression, molecular chaperone function and cellular protein homeostasis.

Peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG and DAB chromogen were used for visualization. Predominantly cytoplasmic staining is observed in placental trophoblast cells, consistent with the intracellular localization of HSP90AB1 as a constitutively expressed molecular chaperone. These results support the use of Hsp90 beta Antibody for studying HSP90AB1, molecular chaperone function and cellular protein homeostasis.
Hsp90 beta Antibody Mouse Brain IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE mouse brain tissue using Hsp90 beta Antibody. Heat induced antigen retrieval was performed in pH 8.0 EDTA buffer prior to overnight incubation with primary antibody (2 ug/mL) at 4°C. Peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG and DAB chromogen were used for visualization. Predominantly cytoplasmic staining is observed throughout neuronal cell populations, consistent with the constitutive expression of HSP90AB1 as a molecular chaperone involved in protein folding and cellular stress responses. These results support the use of Hsp90 beta Antibody for studying HSP90AB1, molecular chaperone function and nervous system biology.

Description

Hsp90 beta Antibody / Heat Shock Protein 90 Beta Antibody detects HSP90AB1, a constitutively expressed member of the heat shock protein 90 family that functions as an ATP-dependent molecular chaperone. Unlike the stress-inducible HSP90 alpha isoform, Hsp90 beta is continuously expressed in most cell types and plays an essential role in maintaining protein stability, folding newly synthesized proteins and preserving cellular protein homeostasis. Because of its broad expression and critical housekeeping functions, Hsp90 beta is widely studied in cell biology, cancer research and molecular chaperone biology.

Heat Shock Protein 90 Beta interacts with an extensive network of client proteins, including protein kinases, transcription factors, steroid hormone receptors and signaling molecules that regulate cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and intracellular communication. Together with numerous co-chaperones, Hsp90 beta facilitates correct protein folding, prevents aggregation of misfolded proteins and promotes the functional maturation of proteins required for normal cellular activity. Hsp90 beta Antibody is therefore an important tool for investigating protein quality control and signal transduction pathways.

Although Hsp90 beta is constitutively expressed under normal physiological conditions, its activity becomes particularly important during cellular stress, where maintenance of protein stability is essential for survival. Dysregulation of HSP90AB1 has been associated with cancer progression, neurodegenerative disorders, inflammatory diseases and altered responses to environmental stress. Because many oncogenic proteins depend upon Hsp90 beta for stability, this molecular chaperone remains an important focus of therapeutic research in oncology and translational medicine.

The high sequence similarity shared among HSP90 family members makes antibody specificity especially important for reliable experimental results. Careful detection of HSP90AB1 allows researchers to distinguish constitutive Hsp90 beta expression from related heat shock protein isoforms while examining protein homeostasis, cellular signaling and stress response mechanisms. Hsp90 beta Antibody / Heat Shock Protein 90 Beta Antibody supports applications including Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry across a wide range of human and animal tissues.

NSJ Bioreagents offers Hsp90 beta Antibody / Heat Shock Protein 90 Beta Antibody products for researchers studying molecular chaperone biology, protein folding and cellular stress responses. These antibodies provide reliable tools for analyzing HSP90AB1 expression, intracellular localization and disease-associated changes in protein homeostasis.
