Description

HPGD is a member of the short-chain nonmetalloenzyme alcohol dehydrogenase protein family. This protein is responsible for the metabolism of prostaglandins, which function in a variety of physiologic and cellular processes such as inflammation.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the HPGD antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 184-212 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the HPGD antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the HPGD antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
