Description

Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Histone H2AZ is a variant of histone H2A, and is used to mediate the thermosensory response, and is essential to perceive the ambient temperature. This antibody belongs to a broader group of Histone H2A antibodies used to analyze chromatin dynamics, including H2A.Z variant biology and associated histone modifications.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Histone H2A.Z antibody should be determined by the researcher.

A synthetic peptide specific to human Histone H2A.Z variant was used as the immunogen for the Histone H2A.Z antibody.
