Description

Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. As part of the Histone H2A antibodies category, this reagent supports investigation of chromatin organization, histone H2A variants including H2A.Z, and epigenetic modification states.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Histone H2A antibody should be determined by the researcher.
