Description

Through interaction with TMIGD2, costimulates T-cells in the context of TCR-mediated activation. Enhances T-cell proliferation and cytokine production via an AKT-dependent signaling cascade. [UniProt]

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the HHLA2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 58-87 from the human protein were used as the immunogen for the HHLA2 antibody.

Storage
