HER2 Antibody Breast Carcinoma Membrane IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE human HER2-positive breast carcinoma tissue using HER2 Antibody demonstrates intense, continuous HRP-DAB brown membranous staining surrounding tumor cell clusters, highlighting high receptor density at the cell surface consistent with ErbB2 / HER2 amplification, while adjacent stromal components show minimal background; nuclei are counterstained blue. HIER: steamed sections in pH 6 citrate buffer followed by HRP-based detection.

HER2 Antibody TNBC Negative IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE human triple negative breast carcinoma tissue using HER2 Antibody shows absence of HRP-DAB brown membranous staining in tumor epithelial cells, consistent with lack of ErbB2 / HER2 expression in TNBC, while background stromal tissue remains largely unstained; nuclei are counterstained blue. HIER: steamed sections in pH 6 citrate buffer followed by HRP-based detection.
