An ELISA of Helicobacter Pylori proteins using recombinant Helicobacter pylori outer membrane protein antibody. The plate was coated with 1 ug/ml of CagA, OMP (outer membrane protein), Urease, or HP-NAP of H. Pylori. A serial dilution of the RM411 mAb was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
