Histone deacetylase 10 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the HDAC10 gene. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the histone deacetylase family, members of which deacetylate lysine residues on the N-terminal part of the core histones. Histone deacetylation modulates chromatin structure, and plays an important role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression, and developmental events. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Optimal dilution of the HDAC10 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
A human partial recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids T3-Q290 was used as the immunogen for the HDAC10 antibody.
After reconstitution, the HDAC10 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
