Involved in several processes, including epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway; positive regulation of protein kinase B signaling; and positive regulation of wound healing. Located in cell surface and extracellular space. Implicated in glomerulosclerosis and perinatal necrotizing enterocolitis.
