Description

This gene encodes a subunit of the augmin complex, which regulates centrosome and mitotic spindle integrity, and is necessary for the completion of cytokinesis. The encoded protein was identified by interaction with ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase 37. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the HAUS7 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids D18-Q333) was used as the immunogen for the HAUS7 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the HAUS7 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
