This antibody reacts to Histone H4 monomethylated at Lysine 12 (K12me1). No cross reactivity with non-modified Lysine 12, or other monomethylations in Histone H4.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant H4K12me1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A monomethyl-lysine 12 peptide corresponding to Histone H4 was used as the immunogen for the recombinant H4K12me1 antibody.
