Description

This antibody reacts to Histone H3 crotonylated at Lysine 27 (K27cr), and does not cross-react with acetylated or butyrylated Lysine 27. No cross reactivity with other crotonylated Lysines in histone H3.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant H3K27cr antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A crotonyl-peptide corresponding to Crotonyl-Histone H3 (Lys27) was used as the immunogen for the recombinant H3K27cr antibody.
