Description

Essential component of the PAM complex, a complex required for the translocation of transit peptide-containing proteins from the inner membrane into the mitochondrial matrix in an ATP-dependent manner. Seems to control the nucleotide-dependent binding of mitochondrial HSP70 to substrate proteins.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the GRPEL1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant human protein (amino acids Q90-A217) was used as the immunogen for the GRPEL1 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the GRPEL1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
