Granzyme M is a protein that is encoded by the GZMM gene. Human natural killer (NK) cells and activated lymphocytes express and store a distinct subset of neutral serine proteases together with proteoglycans and other immune effector molecules in large cytoplasmic granules. These serine proteases are collectively termed granzymes and include 4 distinct gene products: granzyme A, granzyme B, granzyme H, and the protein encoded by this gene, granzyme M. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Optimal dilution of the Granzyme M antibody should be determined by the researcher.
Recombinant mouse protein (amino acids A64-D206) was used as the immunogen for the Granzyme M antibody.
After reconstitution, the Granzyme M antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
