Granzyme B Antibody Human T-Cell Lymphoma IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human T-cell lymphoma tissue using Granzyme B Antibody. HIER was performed in pH 6 citrate buffer. An HRP-conjugated secondary antibody with DAB substrate was used for detection. Granzyme B Antibody, a Cytotoxic Lymphocyte Marker Antibody, demonstrates granular cytoplasmic staining in a subset of neoplastic lymphoid cells, consistent with granzyme B expression in cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma.

Seems to be linked to an activation cascade of caspases (aspartate-specific cysteine proteases) responsible for apoptosis execution.
