GLRX3 is a critical negative regulator of cardiac hypertrophy and a positive inotropic regulator (By similarity). May play a role in regulating the function of the thioredoxin system. Does not posses any thyoredoxin activity since it lacks the conserved motif that is essential for catalytic activity.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Glutaredoxin 3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 81-110 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the Glutaredoxin 3 antibody.
Aliquot the Glutaredoxin 3 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
