Description

Glis1 (Glis Family Zinc Finger 1) is gene encoding a Kruppel-like protein of the same name whose locus is found on Chromosome 1p32.3. GLIS1 is a GLI (MIM 165220)-related Kruppel-like zinc finger protein that functions as an activator and repressor of transcription.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the GLIS1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-T620) was used as the immunogen for the GLIS1 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the GLIS1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
