GIP Antibody Human Colorectal Adenocarcinoma IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue using GIP Antibody / Incretin Hormone Antibody following heat-induced epitope retrieval in pH8 EDTA buffer. The tissue was stained with an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB chromogen. Distinct cytoplasmic immunoreactivity is observed in scattered epithelial tumor cells with additional staining in glandular structures, consistent with GIP expression in gastrointestinal tissue.
