Guanylate binding protein 4 is a protein in humans that is encoded by the GBP4 gene. Guanylate-binding protein 4, Binds GTP, GDP and GMP. Hydrolyzes GTP very efficiently; GDP rather than GMP is the major reaction product. Plays a role in erythroid differentiation.
Optimal dilution of the Gbp4 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
An E. coli-derived mouse protein (amino acids E9-G277) was used as the immunogen for the Gbp4 antibody.
After reconstitution, the Gbp4 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
