Description

Transcriptional activator which regulates endothelin-1 gene expression in endothelial cells. Binds to the consensus sequence 5'-AGATAG-3'.

Application Notes

Titration of the GATA2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

This GATA2 antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 212-246 amino acids from the Central region of human GATA2.

Storage

Aliquot the GATA2 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
