FZD1 Antibody Human Lung Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human lung cancer tissue using FZD1 Antibody at 2 ug/ml with HRP/DAB detection following heat-induced epitope retrieval in pH8 EDTA buffer. Moderate membranous and cytoplasmic staining is observed in the tumor cells, consistent with the expected localization of the Frizzled 1 receptor. This result demonstrates the utility of FZD1 Antibody for investigating Frizzled 1 expression and Wnt signaling receptor distribution in human cancer tissues.
FZD1 Antibody Human Placenta IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human placenta tissue using FZD1 Antibody at 2 ug/ml with HRP/DAB detection following heat-induced epitope retrieval in pH8 EDTA buffer. Distinct membranous and cytoplasmic staining is observed in placental trophoblast cells, consistent with the expected localization of the Frizzled 1 receptor. This staining pattern demonstrates the utility of FZD1 Antibody for investigating Frizzled 1 expression and Wnt signaling receptor distribution in human tissues.
FZD1 Antibody Human, Mouse and Rat WB. Western blot analysis of FZD1 Antibody using lysates from lane 1: human HeLa cells, lane 2: human Jurkat cells, lane 3: human Ramos cells, lane 4: human RT4 cells, lane 5: rat liver, lane 6: rat heart, lane 7: mouse liver and lane 8: mouse heart. A specific band is detected at approximately 71 kDa, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of FZD1. These results demonstrate cross-species detection of endogenous Frizzled 1 and support the use of FZD1 Antibody for investigating Wnt receptor expression and signaling in human and rodent tissues.
FZD1 Antibody Human MCF-7 FACS. Flow cytometry analysis of fixed MCF-7 human breast cancer cells stained with FZD1 Antibody at 1 ug/10^6 cells, followed by a Fluoro488-conjugated secondary antibody. The blue histogram (FZD1) shows a clear rightward shift compared with the rabbit IgG isotype control (green) and unstained cells (red), demonstrating specific detection of endogenous Frizzled 1 expression. These results support the use of FZD1 Antibody for analyzing FZD1 expression and Wnt signaling receptor distribution by flow cytometry.

Description

FZD1 Antibody / Frizzled 1 Antibody recognizes Frizzled 1 (FZD1), a seven-pass transmembrane receptor that belongs to the Frizzled family of Wnt receptors. FZD1 mediates cellular responses to secreted Wnt ligands and is an important regulator of embryonic development, tissue homeostasis and stem cell maintenance. Activation of FZD1 initiates signaling pathways that influence cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and survival, making this receptor a central component of developmental biology and regenerative medicine research. NSJ Bioreagents offers high-quality FZD1 Antibody reagents for investigating Wnt signaling and Frizzled receptor biology.

FZD1 participates in both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways. Upon binding Wnt ligands, the receptor associates with co-receptors and intracellular Dishevelled proteins to regulate downstream signaling events. In the canonical pathway, FZD1 contributes to stabilization of beta-catenin and activation of transcriptional programs that control cell fate decisions and tissue development. Non-canonical signaling influences planar cell polarity, cytoskeletal organization and directional cell migration. Because of these diverse biological activities, FZD1 Antibody is widely used to examine receptor expression, cellular localization and Wnt pathway regulation across numerous experimental systems.

Altered FZD1 expression has been reported in several human diseases, including cancers, fibrotic disorders and conditions affecting bone and tissue remodeling. Dysregulated Wnt signaling involving FZD1 has been associated with abnormal cellular proliferation, tumor progression and resistance to therapy in certain malignancies. Beyond oncology, FZD1 contributes to skeletal development, osteoblast differentiation and nervous system development, making it relevant to studies of regenerative biology, stem cell function and tissue repair. Continued investigation of FZD1 has expanded understanding of how extracellular signaling coordinates normal development and disease progression.

An FZD1 Antibody is a valuable tool for investigating Frizzled receptor expression, Wnt pathway activation and receptor-mediated signal transduction. A Frizzled 1 Antibody supports research involving developmental biology, stem cell regulation, cancer biology and tissue regeneration while enabling characterization of this important Wnt signaling receptor.
