FOXP1 Antibody HeLa Cell IF. Immunofluorescent staining of FFPE human HeLa cells using recombinant rabbit monoclonal FOXP1 Antibody, clone AOGO-6 (red), with Beta Tubulin antibody (green) as a cytoskeletal marker following heat-induced epitope retrieval in pH6 citrate buffer. FOXP1 staining is predominantly nuclear, consistent with its role as a transcription factor, while Beta Tubulin highlights the cytoplasmic microtubule network. This result demonstrates that FOXP1 Antibody, clone AOGO-6, is suitable for investigating neurodevelopment proteins and FOXP1 expression in human cells.
FOXP1 Antibody Human, Mouse and Rat WB. Western blot analysis of recombinant rabbit monoclonal FOXP1 Antibody, clone AOGO-6, using lysates from lane 1: human Jurkat cells, lane 2: human A549 cells, lane 3: human MCF7 cells, lane 4: rat brain, lane 5: mouse spleen and lane 6: mouse brain. A prominent band is detected at approximately 65-77 kDa across all samples, consistent with the expected molecular weight range of multiple FOXP1 isoforms. These results demonstrate broad cross-species recognition and support the use of FOXP1 Antibody, clone AOGO-6, for studies of neurodevelopment proteins and FOXP1 expression in human and rodent tissues.

Description

FOXP1 Antibody / Neurodevelopment Protein Antibody recognizes FOXP1, a forkhead box transcription factor that plays an essential role in embryonic development, neuronal differentiation and tissue-specific gene regulation. FOXP1 is expressed in numerous organs, with particularly important functions in the developing and mature nervous system, where it regulates transcriptional networks required for neuronal maturation and circuit formation. Genetic and functional studies have established FOXP1 as a key neurodevelopmental protein, making it an important target for neuroscience and developmental biology research. NSJ Bioreagents offers FOXP1 Antibody, clone AOGO-6, a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody for investigating endogenous FOXP1 expression.

Within the central nervous system, FOXP1 contributes to neuronal subtype specification, axon guidance and synaptic development by regulating genes involved in neural differentiation and connectivity. Disruption of FOXP1 expression or function has been associated with impaired brain development and neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by intellectual disability, language impairment and autism spectrum disorder. FOXP1 Antibody, clone AOGO-6, is well suited for examining FOXP1 localization and expression in cultured cells and brain tissues to better understand these developmental processes.

Although highly relevant to neuroscience, FOXP1 also regulates transcriptional programs in immune cells, epithelial tissues and numerous cancers. It has been implicated in B-cell maturation, T-cell biology and the molecular pathology of several hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, demonstrating that its biological activities extend well beyond the nervous system. Researchers frequently use FOXP1 Antibody to investigate transcriptional regulation across multiple tissues while comparing developmental, immune and cancer-associated expression patterns.

A FOXP1 Antibody is a valuable reagent for studies of nervous system development, neuronal differentiation and gene regulation. A Neurodevelopment Protein Antibody is particularly useful for investigating FOXP1 expression during brain development and exploring the molecular pathways that govern neuronal identity and function.
