Follistatin Antibody / FS288 Isoform Antibody (clone FST/4282) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes the FS288 isoform of follistatin (FST), a secreted glycoprotein that functions as a potent extracellular antagonist of activins and selected members of the transforming growth factor beta superfamily. The FS288 isoform exhibits high affinity for cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans, allowing localized regulation of activin signaling within tissues.
