FLI1 Antibody Ewing Sarcoma IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE human Ewing sarcoma tissue stained with FLI1 Antibody / ETS Transcription Factor Marker (clone FLI1/4371R). Strong nuclear HRP-DAB brown staining is observed within tumor cell populations, consistent with the expected nuclear localization of Friend leukemia integration 1 / FLI1, an ETS family transcription factor associated with EWSR1-FLI1-driven oncogenic transcriptional signaling pathways in Ewing sarcoma biology. Sections underwent HIER using 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA buffer, pH 9, prior to immunostaining.
FLI1 Antibody EWS Tissue IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE human Ewing sarcoma (EWS) tissue stained with FLI1 Antibody / ETS Transcription Factor Marker (clone FLI1/4371R). Diffuse nuclear HRP-DAB brown staining highlights malignant tumor cells, supporting expression of Friend leukemia integration 1 / FLI1 within Ewing sarcoma-associated transcriptional regulatory pathways. Tissue sections underwent HIER using 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA buffer, pH 9, followed by staining with recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody clone FLI1/4371R.
FLI1 Antibody Daudi WB. Western blot analysis of human Daudi cell lysate using FLI1 Antibody / ETS Transcription Factor Marker (clone FLI1/4371R). A prominent band is detected near approximately 50 kDa, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of Friend leukemia integration 1 / FLI1, a nuclear ETS family transcription factor involved in hematopoietic differentiation and oncogenic transcriptional regulation pathways.
FLI1 Antibody HuProt Microarray Specificity Validation. Analysis of a HuProt(TM) microarray containing more than 19,000 full-length human proteins using FLI1 Antibody / ETS Transcription Factor Marker clone FLI1/4371R demonstrates highly selective recognition of Friend leukemia integration 1 / FLI1. The intended FLI1 target ranks first among all proteins analyzed on the array, with exceptionally strong separation from secondary signals, supporting the specificity profile of this recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody for ETS family transcription factor and oncology research applications. Z-score represents signal intensity above background in standard deviation units, while S-score reflects the relative specificity of antibody binding compared with additional proteins present on the HuProt(TM) platform.

Description

Friend leukemia integration 1 (FLI1) is a nuclear ETS family transcription factor involved in hematopoietic differentiation, endothelial development, and transcriptional regulation of lineage-associated gene expression pathways. FLI1 Antibody / ETS Transcription Factor Marker is suitable for investigations involving vascular biology, hematopoietic signaling pathways, endothelial differentiation, and transcription-associated regulatory mechanisms. FLI1 belongs to the ETS family of DNA-binding transcription factors characterized by a conserved ETS domain that regulates developmental and differentiation-associated gene expression programs.

FLI1 antibody, also referred to as Friend leukemia integration 1 antibody, ETS family transcription factor antibody, Nuclear hematopoietic marker antibody, and Endothelial transcription factor antibody in the literature, recognizes a nuclear regulatory protein involved in megakaryocytic differentiation, vascular development, and immune-associated transcriptional signaling pathways. FLI1 expression is commonly associated with endothelial cells, hematopoietic progenitors, megakaryocytes, and selected lymphoid populations. Through transcriptional regulation of lineage-associated target genes, FLI1 contributes to cellular differentiation and maintenance of specialized developmental programs.

ETS family transcription factors participate in pathways controlling proliferation, differentiation, migration, angiogenesis, and developmental signaling. FLI1 has additionally attracted substantial interest in oncology because chromosomal translocations involving FLI1 are characteristic of Ewing sarcoma family tumors. Fusion proteins involving EWSR1 and FLI1 generate aberrant transcriptional programs that contribute to tumor development and oncogenic signaling pathways. Because of this biology, FLI1 remains widely studied in sarcoma pathology, vascular tumors, and hematopoietic malignancy research.

Immunohistochemistry and western blot analyses support detection of endogenous FLI1 expression in tissue and cell-associated samples, consistent with the expected nuclear localization pattern of this ETS family transcription-associated regulatory protein. HuProt(TM) protein microarray specificity validation with clone FLI1/4371R further demonstrates highly selective recognition of FLI1 among more than 19,000 full-length human proteins. The combined validation profile supports use of this recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody for investigations involving endothelial biology, hematopoietic differentiation, ETS family signaling pathways, and transcription-associated oncology research.

An antibody targeting FLI1 can therefore support studies involving vascular differentiation, hematopoietic transcriptional regulation, endothelial signaling pathways, ETS family nuclear proteins, and Ewing sarcoma-associated transcriptional biology.

FLI1 functions in hematopoietic differentiation, endothelial biology, and ETS family transcriptional regulation pathways; explore related oncology and cellular regulatory proteins on our Cancer Antibodies landing page.
