FHL1 is a member of the four-and-a-half-LIM-only protein family. Family members contain two highly conserved, tandemly arranged, zinc finger domains with four highly conserved cysteines binding a zinc atom in each zinc finger. Expression of these family members occurs in a cell- and tissue-specific mode and these proteins are involved in many cellular processes.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the FHL1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 214-240 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the FHL1 antibody.
Aliquot the FHL1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
