FGF 10, Fibroblast growth factor 10, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FGF10 gene.The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the fibroblast growth factor(FGF) family. FGF 10 contains 3 exons and spans at least 52.7 kb. By radioactive in situ hybridization, the FGF 10 gene is mapped to 5p13-p12. This protein exhibits mitogenic activity for keratinizing epidermal cells, but essentially no activity for fibroblasts. FGF 10 translocated into urothelial cell nuclei and initiated a signaling cascade that began with the heparin-dependent tyrosine phosphorylation of surface transmembrane receptors.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the FGF10 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
An amino acid sequence from the N-terminus of human FGF10 (DVRWRKLFSFTKYFLK) was used as the immunogen for this FGF10 antibody.
After reconstitution, the FGF10 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
