Eotaxin-3 Antibody Human Cancer Cell Lines WB. Western blot analysis of CCL26 expression was performed using anti-Eotaxin-3 antibody in lysates from human COLO320, A549, and HT1080 cells. Eotaxin-3, also known as CCL26, is a CC chemokine that mediates eosinophil recruitment and contributes to allergic inflammation and Th2 immune responses. Lane 1: COLO320 lysate. Lane 2: A549 lysate. Lane 3: HT1080 lysate. A specific immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 11 kDa in all three cell lines, corresponding to the predicted molecular weight of Eotaxin-3. Similar expression across colon carcinoma, lung carcinoma, and fibrosarcoma cells is consistent with the broad involvement of CCL26 in inflammatory signaling and tumor-associated immune responses. These results support the utility of Eotaxin-3 Antibody for studies of chemokine biology, eosinophil recruitment, and inflammatory disease.
Eotaxin-3 Antibody Human Lung Cancer IHC. IHC staining of FFPE human lung cancer tissue with Eotaxin-3 antibody demonstrated cytoplasmic and membranous staining in malignant epithelial cells and surrounding stromal elements, consistent with the expression pattern of Eotaxin-3 (CCL26), a CC chemokine involved in eosinophil recruitment and Th2-mediated inflammatory responses. Eotaxin-3 participates in immune signaling through CCR3 and contributes to the inflammatory tumor microenvironment. The staining pattern observed is consistent with the known expression of CCL26 in epithelial tissues and its role in regulating interactions between tumor cells and infiltrating immune cells. Immunostaining supports the utility of Eotaxin-3 Antibody for studies of chemokine biology, allergic inflammation, eosinophil trafficking, and tumor-associated immune responses.
Eotaxin-3 Antibody Human Breast Cancer IHC. IHC staining of FFPE human breast cancer tissue with Eotaxin-3 antibody demonstrated cytoplasmic and membranous staining in malignant epithelial cells and surrounding stromal components, consistent with the expression pattern of Eotaxin-3 (CCL26), a CC chemokine that regulates eosinophil recruitment and Th2-associated immune responses. Eotaxin-3 participates in inflammatory signaling through CCR3 and contributes to communication between tumor cells and the immune microenvironment. The staining observed in both neoplastic and stromal compartments is consistent with reported expression of CCL26 in epithelial tumors and inflammatory tissues. These results support the utility of Eotaxin-3 Antibody for studies of chemokine biology, allergic inflammation, eosinophil trafficking, and tumor-associated immune responses.

Description

C-C motif chemokine ligand 26 (CCL26), commonly known as Eotaxin-3, is a secreted chemokine involved in immune cell recruitment during inflammatory responses. The protein belongs to the CC chemokine family and functions primarily as a chemoattractant for eosinophils through interaction with the chemokine receptor CCR3. Eotaxin 3 Antibody enables detection of this chemokine in studies investigating allergic inflammation, immune signaling, and cytokine-mediated recruitment of immune cells.

Eotaxin-3 is produced by several cell types including epithelial cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and smooth muscle cells in response to inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-4 and interleukin-13. The chemokine plays an important role in the recruitment and activation of eosinophils, a type of granulocyte involved in allergic responses and parasitic defense. Because of its strong eosinophil chemotactic activity, the protein is frequently referred to in the literature as CCL26 antibody, Eotaxin-3 antibody, or Eotaxin 3 antibody, reflecting its classification within the CC chemokine ligand family.

CCL26 participates in immune signaling pathways associated with allergic diseases and type 2 immune responses. Elevated expression of Eotaxin-3 has been reported in conditions characterized by eosinophilic inflammation, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, and eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders. In epithelial tissues, production of Eotaxin-3 contributes to the recruitment of eosinophils and other immune cells to sites of inflammation, thereby amplifying local immune responses.

Because of its involvement in allergic inflammation and immune cell recruitment, detection of CCL26 expression is widely used in studies examining cytokine signaling, inflammatory pathways, and immune cell migration. Expression of Eotaxin-3 has also been investigated in epithelial tissues of the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts, where the chemokine can contribute to mucosal immune responses and inflammatory disease processes.

This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes Eotaxin-3 / CCL26 and supports research investigating chemokine signaling pathways, immune cell recruitment, and inflammatory responses. An Eotaxin 3 antibody can be used to detect CCL26 expression in studies examining allergic inflammation, cytokine regulation, and eosinophil-mediated immune responses.
